Miss California

So upset i missed Emmet + Laurent from 'Twilight' doing autograph signings in the city- but i had a better day with Court.
We went crazy looking for smilky's present at DFO, everything was L or XL. until we decided on boardies. she spoils that kid too much.
After trekking it to Paul's Warehouse for my new Chuck's [they're shoes], the shop assistant told us we need to spend $10 in the store. fake advertising.
Was a funny experience, me shouting to Court in the shop " Grab anything, Just grab anything ". School starts tomorrow, and i'm so not ready to go back. i haven't even borrowed 'strange objects' our English book yet. and apparently there's no e-notes or spark notes on it. trust me to leave it to the last minute, i'm so screwed.
I also want to add i have a sore throat yet again. anyone reading this must think i'm a crazy woman who constantly gets sick, not my fault i swear.
well it kinda is. i think i've left the study window open for too long and hey presto i'm sick again.
I went to Luna park yesterday, Cooney Island is my favourite part of the whole park. The downside of the whole 'family day' were the clowns that decided to befriend me after i told them to 'piss off' because i hate clowns. seriously i do, they're evil.
They got so cut "we have names you know". i read the tag, i'm like "blip" great name shetbag. We finally got in and they just opened the house of mirrors. Love Love Love.
The slides were also awesome, helping my sister drag her potato sack up there wasn't :| and the fact she starts talking to randoms wherever we go. social butterfly much. Mad Mouse took over an hour to go on sooo many people lined up, and shitty Mexican kids trying to push in. i so busted them, and when the kid replied he's like ' we're looking for someone ' when really they weren't. The whole time they're shouting their friends name who happened to be standing right next to them "Andrea, Andrea", yeah Andrea your face, aren't they late for some taco commercial audition.
After the ride there was a caricature graphics artist drawing people. he was kinda cute, looked the lead singer of wolfmother but with better hair.
he also liked my beanie =), i was happy to stay and watch him draw [and steal some techniques] until my dad dragged me away to the next ride, so disappointed haha.
Downside of the day, we're getting the wristbands and the indian guy selling the tickets asked me to stand against the measurement pole.
i'm like are you serious, i'm fifteen, do i look under 130 cm?

overall the holidays have been the pretty good, so not looking forward to Term two.
